On a PC system running Internet Explorer, you may receive the following message (at the top of your window):

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

If you receive this message...

	Click on the message as instructed;
	Select "Allow Blocked Content..." in the drop-down menu that appears. A dialog box will subsequently appear with a "Security Warning" and a request to confirm your intention to allow "active content" to run on your computer. (NOTE: This active content is the JavaScript code that allows this online course to function properly.)
	Click 'Yes' to continue, and the online course will function as intended. Periodically, you may be asked to repeat this procedure -- most notably when you come back to a course page after viewing a file in Adobe PDF format. Do not be alarmed! This is normal behavior because, upon return from the Adobe Reader application, you are re-entering Internet Explorer's security domain again. NOTE: Turning off your pop-up blocker (see your "Security..." Control Panel) may eliminate many of these messages.
