	Convey the importance of all of the components of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience: the keys, the processes, the short and intermediate outcomes and the final outcome.
	Describe the National Program Portfolio and identify its 3 major components.
	Describe progression in Girl Scouts as it relates to program activities.
	Develop a long-range program plan incorporating girl/adult partnerships.
	Describe inclusive/exclusive activities.
	Convey the importance of troop budgeting at all grade levels.
	Identify at least 5 ways parents and community resources can help support troop program.
